我迈下台阶 探寻这座倒立高塔
Dweller on the Threshold - Death waves (his) golden scythe;
门槛上的居住者——死神挥舞黄金镰刀
Guardian of Heavens - Angels spread (their) dark wings.
天国的守卫者——天使展开黑色羽翼
Cast a glance at the arrow – blood still dripping after one thousand years.
侧目千年过去还在滴血的利箭
Their faces are twisted by slighting and harsh laughter:
它们面容扭曲 狂笑刺耳
“Go! Look at the remains of your wise men (/sages)!”
“去！看看你的圣人们还留下了什么！”
In a sea of symbols, wasteland of misapprehension.
符号之海 误解荒原
Echoing countless sayings and principles, but go for naught.
言语回荡 不可计数 皆为道理 于事无补
Beneath the downhole of well- ower, not a piece of bone left (in sight).
井塔其下 未见尸骨
